Suretank has implemented SAP Business One to improve efficiency and customer service across all aspects of its international multi-site business.
Suretank has continued to develop through diversifying the product range and investing in facilities in new geographical locations. This drove the need to consolidate the ERP system so that all customer data, quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices are accessible via a central system providing one core business platform.
An initial needs assessment was undertaken to identify the specific requirements ahead of investment with representation from all areas of the business to ensure all challenges and requirements were captured and built into the overall system specification.
Dermot Beirne, CFO said "We implemented SAP Business One to streamline business processes and make doing business easier across all of our sites. It enables us to talk the same language and run the same reports as well as standardise our engineering and manufacturing processes to give us a clearer understanding of all of our operations measured against a standard set of KPIs."
Philip Murphy, Commercial Director said "From the customer's point of view it allows us to respond more quickly and accurately when they have questions about any of their projects regardless of location."
Suretank worked with Milner Browne to implement, test and roll out SAP Business One.
