At the end of last year Philip Murphy joined the team as Director of Customer Care at Suretank.
In a recent interview I asked Philip about his new role, his plans for the future and why our customers can expect World Class Customer Care:
I am pleased to be able to announce that we have recently entered into a formal agreement with long-term Dutch partner Stainless Equipment Works (SEW) to launch Suretank Netherlands.
The highly skilled team that we've created at Suretank Netherlands will act as an agent for Suretank providing us with valuable on the ground engineering and sales support to further strengthen our market position in the Dutch offshore industry.
The management team at Suretank has been hard at work alongside many of our team of experts to develop our five-year strategic plan that will guide us through the next stage of development and market penetration within the offshore oil and gas sectors.
Last Friday we completed our January series of Breakfast Clubs - over the course of 4 early Friday mornings 80 employees joined us as I presented Suretank 2018 (our five-year Strategic Plan). The feedback from our people at many levels of the organisation has been overwhelmingly positive and the entire team is looking forward to working towards our new set of challenges.
Suretank provides best-in-class products throughout our range of offshore cargo carrying units, fuel tanks, acid tanks and cryogenics tanks to name but a few and the level of expertise within our organization is unparalleled within our sector. I am delighted to say that this skill set crosses seamlessly from quality assured product into premium customer service. With this in mind our next series of Breakfast Clubs, scheduled for March will have our Commercial Director, Philip Murphy presenting to us on the secrets of customer care.
