Suretank will be taking part in the Romania Gas Conference & Exhibition 2014 in Bucharest on the 28th & 29th October. The company will be exhibiting and sharing the profile of our design and manufacturing capacity in offshore CCUs & tanks.

Romania Gas Conference is an event dedicated to the natural gas industry in Romania, designed for leading oil and gas executives and consultants, corporations, national oil & gas companies, independent companies, government and licensing officials.

At Suretank Thailand we recently decided to enlist the help of some local Architecture Design students in coming up with a new office complex design for our factory location in Ban Chang. The students from  Sripatum University Bangkok  were tasked with the challenge of creating a new, environmentally  friendly Suretank Thailand Office design utilizing all existing containers modified for office use. The concept needed to be energy efficient , provide a pleasant and productive working environment for employees, encourage intra-company communication and support the information and workflow in line with Suretank’s Lean Organisation approach.

We are delighted to announce that two members ( Padraig Conneely & Sean Wakely ) of Suretanks’ LEAN INITIATIVE team have successfully completed their Lean Sigma Green Belt training.

Six Sigma seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. It uses a set of quality management methods, including statistical methods, and creates a special infrastructure of people within the organisation ("Champions", "Black Belts", "Green Belts", "Yellow Belts", etc.) who are experts in these methods

We are delighted to announce that work has begun on our new blast and coating facility here in Suretank Thailand.  The new facility will increase production capacity and facilitate production of more than 100 tons of finished goods per week.
