With the growing demand for onshore and offshore temporary cabins Suretank’s in-house engineering team can provide a complete solution for working in hazardous environments. The A60 Engineered Cabins are designed to DNV 2.7-1/2, EN12079, ISO 10855 and ATEX standards. With full compliance for A60 fire protection as standard.
All Suretank A60 Containers are shotblasted and painted with 3 coat offshore paint system as standard (285 microns NDFT), customer specific painting can be included on request.
Cabins are available with A60 rated insulation, doors and windows, pressurisation, fire damper system, fire detection system, ventilation system, manual alarm system, general alarm & public address system, emergency lighting, sockets and air conditioning.
Electrical fitouts can be suitable for safe area or hazardous environments.
Units are available in 3m (10ft), 6m (20ft) or any other required size.
Reefer Containers
Suretank’s refrigerated offshore container provides controlled conditions for the transportation of chilled or frozen food and additionally general cargo by road, rail and sea. The temperature control range can vary from -30°C to +30°C.
All of this equipment is designed and constructed in accordance with DNV2.7-1/EN 12079/CSC and is subject to independent certification, ensuring that your Suretank reefer, with a robust design created by our expert engineering team, will generate a longer life span than other less certified alternatives.
Optional extras are Man traps, Beacons, Temperature data loggers, Lighting, Shelving, ramp.
Internal claddings can be to various customer requirements and to suit the usage.
